J. Michael Sanner

J. MICHAEL SANNER, 68, is a retired audit partner of the Ernst & Young LLP accounting firm. Mr. Sanner joined the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen LLP following college and has over 37 years of experience providing assurance services to both public and private companies primarily in the energy sector. Prior to his retirement in June 2013, Mr. Sanner served as Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Sanner currently serves on the board of Bank 7, a publicly-traded company. In addition, Mr. Sanner served as a member of the Oklahoma Accountancy Board (2010 – 2020) and has been involved in numerous civic, professional and charitable organizations. Mr. Sanner has been a director of the Company and OG&E since September 2017 and is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Executive Committee of the Board.
