Luke R. Corbett

LUKE R. CORBETT, 74, is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kerr-McGee Corporation, which engaged in oil and gas exploration and production and chemical operations. He was employed by Kerr-McGee Corporation for more than 17 years prior to his retirement from Kerr-McGee Corporation in 2006, having served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since 1997, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 1997 and Group Vice President from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Corbett currently serves on the Board of Directors for Enable GP, LLC (the general partner of Enable). Mr. Corbett previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Chesapeake Energy Corporation from 2016 to February 8, 2021. Mr. Corbett has been a director of the Company and OG&E since December 1996 and is a member of the Compensation Committee.
