Scott Briggs serves as Vice President – Human Resources of OG&E.

Briggs holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and received his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Briggs is active in various community organizations and currently serves on the Southwest Power Pool’s Human Resources Committee, is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum and sits on the Board of Directors of the City Rescue Mission.
